A Legacy of Love

Sweet little Lily, I have a story to share, 
about my sister, your Mommy, and our love that’s so rare.  

So I wrote you this story, for just you to hear, 
of the magical memories that we hold so dear. 

A Cozy Reading Time

We lived in a house on Pinto Drive, 
where magic and laughter brought the whole world to life. 

The backyard was our playground, where fun would never end. We played and laughed for hours, with family and friends! 

Chasing Butterflies

We’d pet the neighbor’s dog - she was oh so sweet. 
Admired Nana’s flower garden, and danced on our feet! 

We’d make up tales about the big enchanted tree, 
struck by lightning, we’d wonder, "What could it be?"

The Giant Tree

Young Mommy and Young Sister are making silly faces in the bathroom mirror. A large white, striped cat with blue eyes watches with curiosity. 

We’d talk in funny voices, late at night, 
until Baba would smile and say, "Alright, that's enough for tonight!"  

We’d stand for hours at the bathroom mirror, 
making silly faces, and giggling - ear to ear!  

Tori, our kitty, would sit nearby, 
watching us closely with her big, curious eyes! 

Bedtime Giggles

On Fridays after school, we’d rush back home, 
to our house on Pinto Drive, where we never felt alone. 

Your Nana was there, always ready to greet,
with big smiles and hugs - they were always so sweet! 

The house smelled fresh, like lemons so bright, 
and your Baba’s spaghetti made everything right! 


Dinner with Nana

Young Mommy singing while Young Sister plays the guitar, a joyful atmosphere in the room. They look a bit more grown up. 

We’d strum guitars and sing our songs, 
your Mommy’s voice always so sweet and so strong! 

We’d sing together, just us two, oh, 
how I loved to hear her sing, it’s true! 


A Musical Afternoon
