After having a sad birthday party Andy couldn't imagine he would have such a beautiful treasure box for his whole life.

Andy's treasure box - Part 4

Right now, Andy is feeling very lonely.
Andy opened the back door as quietly as he could.
He does not want to wake up mum and dad so early in the
morning.
They were very tired last night after doing all the work for his
birthday party.
He went to backyard and climbed up to his tree house.
‘I hope Miss. Candle is working in her garden’, he thought.
Nah, she is not.
“It’s too early to work in the garden on a Sunday “

The Sad Birthday

Andy is asleep in his bed at night, with a smile in his face. Little pieces of color paper around in the bed.

Since then, Andy’s most favourite thing of the day was to write one new happy note each night before bed and put that into his treasure box.

Once he had a bad day and couldn’t think of any happy memories.
He felt very sad thinking he has nothing put in his treasure box  today.
Then suddenly he remembered what Mrs. Candle said.
He started reading his old notes and before he knew he fell into deep sleep with a wide smile on his face.

The Mysterious Box

The next day, Andy decided to find something special for his treasure box. He thought hard about what could be his first treasure. After much deliberation, he chose a shiny pebble he found in the garden. It was ordinary, yet it sparkled in the sunlight, just like a real gem. Andy placed the pebble inside the box and closed the lid. To his surprise, when he opened it again, the pebble shone even brighter. 'Wow!' Andy exclaimed. 'This box really is magical!'

The First Treasure

Andy is writing something on a red piece of paper. Miss Candle is sitting next to Andy. They both are sitting on a mot in the backyard. Andy has a happy face. Craft items are around.

They both sat on the mat...
Mrs Candle gave him a piece of red colour paper and told him to
write a very special memory of him with his mum.
Andy found it very difficult to choose one memory because he had lots of beautiful memories with his mum.
He asked Mrs. Candle how to choose just one memory out of so
many memories he has!
All of those memories are very special.
Mrs. Candle said, “No problem at all, I will give you as many pieces of paper as you need to write all the special memories you have with your mum”.
Soon he had a bunch of red little paper piled next to him holding all the beautiful memories he had with his mum.

A Visit from Miss Candle

As the days passed, Andy's treasure box began to fill with items. Each piece had a story, from the smooth stone he found on a family hike to the ticket stub from his first movie. The next morning, there was a knock on the door. It was Miss Candle, holding Andy's treasure box. 'I found this in my garden,' she explained. 'It must have been left outside by mistake.' Andy couldn't believe his luck. He thanked Miss Candle and took the box back with trembling hands. Opening it, he saw all his treasures safe inside. Andy promised himself to be more careful with his precious box. 'Thank you, Miss Candle,' Andy said, his heart full of gratitude.

The Box Returns

Andy was loving this ..
Very soon he had a big pile of paper next to him
Orange papers which had his special memories with friends.
Purple papers which had the special memories with his teachers at school.
Green papers which had all the nice experience he had like camping, trip to the holidays, all the birthday parties of his friends and his own.
Blue papers which had all the nice things he did for his mum, dad, cousins and friends, which make him feel really proud.


A New Addition

One evening, while admiring his treasure box, Andy noticed something he hadn't before. There was a small, hidden compartment at the bottom. Curious, he opened it and found a note from his mum. He realized the box had one more secret - it was filled with love. Andy hugged his mum, thankful for the wisdom she shared with him.
