My daughter is 5 and her name is Kayleigh. She has autism and speech delay, but she is now starting to talk after being non verbal her entire life. I want to encourage other little kids to never give up. Autism and speech delay looks different for anyone dealing with it. You are amazing inside and out and you should always believe in yourself. Kayleigh began using a speech program on her ipad at the age of 3. She's been in ABA therapy since she was 2.5 years old and  Speech, Occupational, and Physical therapy since 6 months of age. She's overcome many challenges but she is smart as a wip. She communicates very well with approximations and sign language and has very good receptive language. Kayleigh is such a bright little girl who has a heart that is full of love. Her and her mommy are best friends and love to sing together while listening our favorite Beyonce' song "Energy". She loves bubbles and also driving her 5 electric cars/jeeps. She also loves her pets Bella and Milani.

Kayleigh was a bright little girl with a heart full of love. She had a speech delay, but she never gave up. She used a special speech program on her iPad to communicate. Kayleigh also went to different therapies to help her learn and grow. She loved spending time with her best friend, her mommy, and they enjoyed singing together.

One day, Kayleigh met a special friend named Milani. Milani was a beautiful cat with black and brown fur. Kayleigh and Milani became fast friends. Even though Kayleigh couldn't talk as easily as others, she and Milani found a way to communicate. They would play and cuddle together, creating a special bond that went beyond words.

Kayleigh also had a furry friend named Bella. Bella was a fluffy white dog who loved to play. Bella and Kayleigh would spend hours playing together, running around and having fun. Even though Kayleigh couldn't always say what she wanted, Bella always understood and made her laugh with her playful antics.

As time went by, Kayleigh continued to grow and learn. She found new ways to express herself, using approximations and sign language. She discovered that communication comes in many forms, and she embraced them all. Kayleigh's world was filled with love, friendship, and the joy of being understood, showing that no matter what challenges we face, we can always find our voice.
