Today I'm going to the beach with my grandma, and I cannot wait! I know it's always an adventure when we spend the day together.
After my mom and dad dropped me off at my grandma's this morning, we began to make a picnic lunch for our beach day. I love it when my grandma makes me lunches because she always fills the cooler with all my favorite foods. Today, she made my favorite pasta with olive oil and cheese, some bread rolls, and strawberries. She's also packed some chocolate cookies that I love and lemonade for drinks! We packed a beach blanket and some sand toys to build a sandcastle, and now we are ready for the beach!

Estella woke up with a big smile on her face. Today, she was going to the beach with her grandma. After her mom and dad dropped her off, she ran into the house to see Grandma. They started making a picnic lunch together. Estella loved her grandma's cooking. She made pasta with olive oil and cheese, bread rolls, and strawberries. They also packed chocolate cookies and lemonade. Estella couldn't wait to get to the beach!

With their picnic packed, Estella and Grandma got into the car. Estella felt the wind in her hair as they drove. Grandma played Estella's favorite songs on the radio. They sang along and laughed together. The drive to the beach was always fun. Estella looked out the window and saw the ocean getting closer. She could hardly wait to feel the sand between her toes.

When they arrived at the beach, Estella jumped out of the car. She could hear the waves crashing and the seagulls calling. Grandma helped her carry the picnic basket and blanket. They found a perfect spot near the water. Estella spread out the blanket while Grandma set up the food. The beach was beautiful and sunny. Estella felt so happy to be there.

After they ate their delicious picnic, Estella wanted to build a sandcastle. Grandma helped her gather wet sand. They used buckets and shovels to create tall towers. Estella made a moat around the castle. Grandma added seashells for decoration. They worked together and laughed a lot. The sandcastle was the best one they had ever made.

Estella and Grandma decided to go for a swim. The water was cool and refreshing. Estella loved jumping over the waves. Grandma held her hand and they splashed around. They saw little fish swimming near their feet. Estella felt like a mermaid in the ocean. Swimming with Grandma was so much fun.

After swimming, Estella wanted to collect seashells. She and Grandma walked along the shore. They found many different kinds of shells. Estella picked up a shiny, pink one. Grandma found a big, spiral shell. They put the shells in a bucket to take home. Estella loved finding treasures on the beach.

As the sun began to set, Grandma had a surprise for Estella. She pulled out ice cream cones from the cooler. Estella's eyes lit up with joy. They sat on the blanket and enjoyed their treat. The ice cream was cold and sweet. Estella felt so happy. It was the perfect end to a perfect day.

It was time to go home. Estella and Grandma packed up their things. Estella felt a little sad to leave the beach. But she knew they would come back again. Grandma hugged her and promised more adventures. As they drove home, Estella felt tired but happy. She couldn't wait to tell her parents about her wonderful day at the beach.
