The Lost Brother
In a small village, two sisters, Sewit and Luwam, loved playing with their little brother, Kudus. But Kudus was always curious and often wandered off.
One evening, as the sun set, Sewit noticed Kudus was missing.

Sewit: "Luwam, Kudus is gone again!"
Luwam: (worried) "Oh no! It’s getting dark. Let’s take the lantern and find him."

They searched the village, asking everyone if they had seen Kudus, but no one had.
Sewit: "He must be in the woods. We have to go!"
Luwam: (nervous) "The woods are scary at night!"
Sewit: "Don’t worry. We’ll stay together."

The sisters held the lantern tightly as they entered the dark forest. The trees swayed, and strange sounds filled the air.
Suddenly, Luwam pointed. "Look! Over there!"
Under a big tree, Kudus sat holding a shiny rock that glowed faintly.

Sewit: (relieved) "Kudus! Why did you run off?"
Kudus: (innocently) "I saw this glowing rock and wanted to follow it."
Luwam: "You scared us! Don’t run away like that again."
Kudus: (looking down) "I didn’t think you’d miss me."
Sewit: (hugging him) "Of course we’d miss you. We love you, Kudus. We’re stronger when we stick together."

The three of them held hands and walked home, the lantern lighting their way. Kudus never wandered off alone again, knowing his sisters would always look out for him.



Finding Kudus

The Village Evening

Sewit reassured her sister, "Don’t worry. We’ll stay together." They gathered their courage and headed towards the edge of the village. The path to the woods was dimly lit, and the sisters walked hand in hand.

The Search Begins

Sewit nodded, "We’ll find him, don’t worry." The lantern cast a warm glow, guiding their steps deeper into the woods.

Into the Woods

He was holding a shiny rock that glowed faintly in the darkness. Sewit breathed a sigh of relief, "Kudus! We’ve been looking everywhere for you." Kudus looked up with wide eyes, "I saw this glowing rock and wanted to follow it." Luwam knelt down beside him, "You scared us! Don’t run away like that again." Kudus nodded, realizing he had worried his sisters.

A Glimmer of Hope

Luwam smiled softly, "Of course we’d miss you. We’re a team, and we’re stronger when we stick together." Kudus looked up, feeling the warmth of his sisters’ love. "I’m sorry," he said quietly. Sewit ruffled his hair, "It’s okay, as long as you’re safe." Kudus promised, "I won’t wander off alone again." The bond between them felt stronger than ever.

The Lesson Learned

Heading Home

"We’re just glad you’re all safe," their mother said warmly. The family gathered inside, grateful to be reunited.

A Warm Welcome

As they went to bed, Kudus whispered, "Thank you for finding me." Sewit and Luwam smiled, knowing they would always be there for each other.
