Flaco the Owl

Flaco the Owl, with feathers brown, flew to New York from a far-off town. He found a tree, tall and wide, where he could perch and safely hide. Flaco was glad to have a new home, in the big city where he could freely roam.

In the park, Flaco met a squirrel so kind, who offered to show him around and help him find, the best spots to hunt and play, in the city throughout the day. Flaco made a friend so true, in the squirrel with fur of a reddish hue.

Flaco flew high above the bustling streets, where cars and people hurried to their meets. He saw the lights and heard the sounds, of a city that never truly sleeps and astounds. Flaco felt amazed by all he could see, in the city where he was now free.

Among the pigeons, gray and white, Flaco found companions for his night flight. They showed him the best places to find a treat, from the hot dog stands to the pretzel street. Flaco was grateful for their guiding flight, in the city that glowed so bright.

One night, Flaco met a raccoon sly, who tried to steal his shiny, bright tie. Flaco hooted and spread his wings wide, scaring the raccoon away to hide. He learned to be wary of the raccoon's game, in the city where things were not always the same.

The Mischievous Raccoon

In a dark alley, Flaco found a lost kitten small, who was afraid and let out a pitiful call. Flaco comforted the kitten with gentle care, and together they found the kitten's home fair. Flaco felt happy to help a friend in need, in the city where he could do a good deed.
