Going to School

When it's time to wake up, I open my eyes and say, "good morning". 


Owen Wakes Up

Owen hurried to the kitchen where his mom was making pancakes. The smell of syrup filled the air, making his tummy rumble. Owen quickly gobbled up his breakfast. His mom reminded him to eat slowly and enjoy each bite.

Breakfast Time

After breakfast, Owen brushed his teeth with his favorite minty toothpaste. He put on his new school uniform, feeling proud. His mom helped him tie his shoes. Owen checked his backpack to make sure he had everything he needed.

Getting Ready

Owen and his mom walked hand in hand to school. The birds were chirping, and the sky was a bright blue. Owen waved to his neighbor, Mr. Green, who was watering his garden. He felt happy and a little bit nervous.

The Walk to School

When they arrived at school, Owen saw many kids playing on the playground. His mom introduced him to a boy named Liam. Liam had a big smile and invited Owen to play tag. Owen felt his nerves fade away as he joined the fun.

Meeting New Friends

The school bell rang, and it was time to go inside. Owen followed his teacher, Ms. Smith, to his classroom. The room was colorful with pictures and books everywhere. Owen chose a seat next to Liam and felt excited to learn.
