Miss Emily is a Special Education teacher. Helena and Luke are students in Miss Eve's class. Miss Emily has put Helena and Luke in a group together. They will be working with Miss Emily in Miss Eve's classroom 2 days a week on Monday and Thursday. They will learn  how to manage their emotions like learning how to take deep breaths when they are upset, asking for help when they need an adult to help them calm down and making new friends! Helena and Luke don't really know each other. But, they end up learning a lot about each other through a conversation with Miss Emily. Helena loves puzzles, books and coloring. Luke loves playing with trains and running on the play ground. In the end, they love being in a group together and they are going to have a fun year with Miss Emily.

Helena and Luke Are Now in a Group

Once upon a time, there was a special teacher named Miss Emily. She had a class full of wonderful students. In her class, there were two students named Helena and Luke. They were both four years old.

Chapter 1: A New Group

One day, Miss Emily had a special plan. She decided to put Helena and Luke in a group together. They would work with her in Miss Eve's classroom on Mondays and Thursdays. Helena and Luke were excited to be in a group!

Chapter 2: Miss Emily's Plan

Helena and Luke didn't know each other very well. But Miss Emily knew that they would make great friends. She sat them down and asked them to talk about themselves. Helena shared that she loved puzzles, books, and coloring. Luke shared that he loved playing with trains and running on the playground.

Chapter 3: Getting to Know Each Other

As the days went by, Helena and Luke started to learn a lot from each other. They learned how to manage their emotions, like taking deep breaths when they were upset. They also learned to ask for help when they needed an adult to calm them down. Miss Emily was there to guide them every step of the way.

Chapter 4: Learning Together

Helena and Luke soon realized that being in a group meant making new friends. They met other students in Miss Eve's class and played games together. They laughed, shared stories, and had lots of fun. Helena and Luke were happy to have new friends.

Chapter 5: Making New Friends

Miss Emily planned many fun activities for Helena and Luke. They did puzzles together, read books aloud, and colored beautiful pictures. Helena and Luke enjoyed every moment of their time together. They were becoming best friends!

Chapter 6: Fun Activities

The days turned into weeks, and the weeks turned into months. Helena and Luke had a fantastic year with Miss Emily. They learned so much and had so much fun. They couldn't believe how quickly the time had flown by.

At the end of the year, Helena and Luke looked back and realized how much they had grown. They had become best friends and had made so many memories together. They were grateful for Miss Emily for bringing them together and for all the wonderful experiences they had shared. Helena and Luke knew that their friendship would last a lifetime.
