Sister and Brother woke up with a smile. They knew today would be worthwhile. They planned to dance, paint, and bake. With joy in their hearts, they'd partake.

A New Day Begins

First, they danced in the living room. They twirled and spun like flowers in bloom. Though they stumbled and fell, they laughed. Dancing was fun, and they felt so daft.

Next, they painted bright and bold. Colors mixed in ways untold. Their pictures weren't perfect, but they didn't mind. In each stroke, joy they would find.

In the kitchen, they baked with care. Flour and sugar flew through the air. The cookies were lumpy, not quite right. But they tasted sweet, a pure delight.

In the backyard, they played some more. They climbed trees and explored the forest floor. They made up games and ran around. Happiness in every sound.

As the sun began to set, they found a tree. They sat beneath it, feeling free. They talked about the fun they'd had. Even if things went wrong, they were never sad.

The stars came out, twinkling bright. They gazed up in pure delight. Brother said, "We are enough, just as we are." Sister agreed, "We're each a shining star."
