Jude 
Likes to call and talk to his friends on the phone. Chat chat chat all day. 
He’s on the phone to his friends uncle nath and aunty nel when all of a sudden his phone dies! 
He said that’s ok I just need to charge it. Mummy, do you know where my charger is? 
Mummy says, sorry Jude, I haven’t seen it! 
Jude is looking everywhere for his charger, is it behind the couch?, is it under Audrey?, on the trampoline? 
“Noa, have you seen my phone charger?” Says Jude. “Yeah” says Noa, “I saw it in the fridge” 
“In the fridge???” Jude looks at Mummy and Daddy who are giggling sheepishly. 
“ I thought it was the sausages we are having for dinner!” says Daddy.

Jude loved talking to his friends on the phone. Every day, he would chat chat chat with Uncle Nath and Aunty Nel. His little fingers would press buttons, and his laughter would fill the room. One sunny afternoon, Jude was having a fun conversation. Suddenly, his phone went silent!

Jude said, 'That's okay, I just need to charge it.' He asked, 'Mummy, do you know where my charger is?' Mummy replied, 'Sorry Jude, I haven’t seen it!' Jude decided to search everywhere for his charger. He looked behind the couch and even under Audrey.

The Search Begins

Jude climbed onto the trampoline to see if it was there. He then asked his friend, 'Noa, have you seen my phone charger?' Noa replied, 'Yeah, I saw it in the fridge.' Jude was puzzled, 'In the fridge???' He couldn't believe his ears!

A Silly Clue

Jude looked at Mummy and Daddy, who were giggling sheepishly. Daddy chuckled and said, 'I thought it was the sausages we are having for dinner!' Everyone laughed at Daddy's silly mistake. Jude finally found his charger in the fridge. From that day on, Jude always checked the fridge first!
