Magic Matthew

Matthew loved magic. Every day, he practiced new tricks in his room. He had a special magic hat and a wand. One day, he decided to put on a magic show for his family. Everyone was excited to see what he could do.

The Magic Show

Matthew started his show with a simple card trick. He asked his mom to pick a card and then shuffled the deck. With a wave of his wand, he guessed the card correctly! His family clapped and cheered. Matthew felt very proud.

The First Trick

Next, Matthew put on his magic hat. He reached inside and pulled out a colorful scarf. Then another, and another! Soon, there was a long chain of scarves. His little sister giggled with delight.

The Magic Hat

Matthew held up a shiny coin for everyone to see. He placed it in his hand and closed his fist. When he opened his hand, the coin was gone! His dad's eyes widened in surprise. Matthew secretly hid the coin in his sleeve.

Matthew took out a light feather. He waved his wand and the feather began to float in the air! It moved up and down, left and right. His family watched in amazement. Matthew had tied the feather to a thin, invisible string.

Matthew brought out a small puppet. He made it talk and dance. His brother laughed and clapped along. The puppet told funny jokes. Matthew was good at making everyone smile.

For the grand finale, Matthew decided to make a toy disappear. He covered it with a cloth and said some magic words. When he lifted the cloth, the toy was gone! His family was amazed. Matthew had hidden the toy under the table.

After the show, Matthew's family asked how he did the tricks. Matthew smiled and said, 'A magician never reveals his secrets!' They all laughed and gave him a big hug. Matthew knew he had put on the best magic show ever.
