One stormy night.

Pepper was living the dream. Her days were filled with endless play, and her nights were spent curled up in her favorite human's lap. She had all the toys a Yorkie could wish for, and the homemade treats were simply divine. The little black dog with pointy ears was the queen of her castle, and she knew it. But even queens have their fears, and for Pepper, it was the loud, scary sounds of thunderstorms. She would hide in the shower, trembling, until the storm passed.
