Parker strikes out

Parker was excited for his first baseball game of the season. He wore his team's cap and held his bat tightly. As he stepped up to the plate, he could hear his friends cheering. But when the ball came, he swung and missed. Parker felt a bit sad, but he knew it was just the beginning.
