Alice lay on the grass, gazing up at the clouds drifting by. 'One day, I'll travel the world,' she whispered to Felix, her black and white cat. Felix purred in agreement, as if he understood her dream. Mom smiled softly, watching them from the window, wishing she could make Alice's dream come true.
