A 6 year old girl moves across the world and has to start a new school. She lives in a toxic household and is constantly trying to please others to maintain the peace. She has undiagnosed ADHD and constantly hides it. This work is about her discovering her true self and living life without hiding her adhd. 

The Journey to Self Acceptance

Once upon a time, there was a little girl named Natasha. She had just moved to a new country and was starting at a new school. Natasha felt nervous about making new friends and fitting in. She missed her old friends and the familiar surroundings of her previous home. But she was also excited about the new adventures that awaited her in this new place.

A New Beginning

At home, Natasha felt like she had to constantly please others to maintain peace. She tried to be the perfect daughter, always following the rules and never causing any trouble. She thought that if she made everyone happy, everything would be okay. But deep down, she felt like she was hiding a part of herself, and it made her sad.

The Pressure to Please

One day at school, Natasha's teacher noticed that she had trouble focusing and sitting still. The teacher spoke to Natasha's parents about it, and they took her to see a doctor. Natasha was diagnosed with ADHD, which explained why she found it hard to concentrate and stay still. With the support of her family and teachers, Natasha started to embrace her true self and learned that it was okay to be different.

Discovering Her True Self

Natasha's life changed for the better. She no longer felt the need to hide her ADHD. She found ways to manage it and discovered that it was a part of what made her unique. She made new friends who accepted her for who she was, and she felt happier than ever. Natasha realized that she didn't have to be perfect to be loved, and that being herself was the best way to live.
