Daisy loved visiting her grandma's beach house. One sunny morning, she decided to explore the beach behind the house. She wanted to find more seashells for her collection.

A Day at the Beach

As Daisy walked along the shore, her face saddened. There was loads of trash along the shore! The once beautiful beach was filled with plastic and waste.

A Shocking Discovery

Daisy saw a group of crabs near the garbage. They looked weak and sick. She noticed that some of them had a fever and were moving very slowly. Daisy knew something was very wrong.

Daisy knelt down and asked the crabs what was wrong. A friendly red crab named Rufus spoke up. He told Daisy that the trash on the beach made the environment dirty, making the crabs sick! Daisy knew she had to do something.

Daisy decided she had to do something to help. She asked Rufus if he would help her clean the beach. Rufus agreed and gathered his crab friends. Together, they started picking up the trash.

A Plan to Help

Daisy and Rufus worked hard all day. They picked up bottles, cans, and plastic bags. They put the trash into big bags to take away. Slowly, the beach started to look clean and beautiful again.

Cleaning Up

Daisy had an idea to keep the beach clean. She used some of the trash to make a recycling center. She put up signs to show people where to throw their trash properly.

With the beach clean, the crabs started to feel better. They were healthy and happy again. To thank Daisy, the crabs gave her beautiful seashells. Every since that day, she always had remembered to clean up after herself.
