A New Friend

Milan hurried back home to his mum, who was busy baking cookies. 'Mum, I found a bat and it needs help!' he exclaimed. His mum smiled and nodded, 'Let's take it to the animal doctor.' They carefully placed the bat in a small basket and headed to the village vet.

Seeking Help

At the vet's clinic, a kind man with a carrier greeted them. He examined the bat and said, 'Don't worry, this little one just needs some rest and care.' Milan was relieved to hear that the bat would be okay. The vet promised to take good care of it until it could fly again.

The Village Vet

A few weeks later, the vet called Milan to say the bat was ready to go home. Milan and his mum went to the clinic, where the bat happily flapped its wings. 'Thank you for helping me,' the bat seemed to say with its cheerful chirps. Milan waved goodbye as the bat flew back into the sky. He felt proud to have been a little rescuer.
