Prince Lancet and Princess Ashera, 5 year old twins, are playing in the forest and find a baby firedrake. A firedrake is a small cat sized lizard with wings that breaths fire.
They spend the afternoon looking for his parents. They never find them and invite him to live with them. Lancet names him Drake.

One sunny afternoon, Prince Lancet and Princess Ashera were playing hide and seek in the forest. As Lancet searched for Ashera, he stumbled upon a small, scared creature. It was a firedrake, no bigger than a cat, with tiny wings fluttering. The twins were amazed by the little dragon's fiery breath.

A Mysterious Discovery

They learned the firedrake was lost and couldn't find his parents. The twins, feeling brave and kind, decided to help. They named the firedrake Drake and promised to find his family. Together, they set off on an adventure into the deeper parts of the forest.

Into the Deep Forest

They reached a wide river, its waters flowing fast. Ashera found a sturdy log to cross. Halfway across, Drake got scared and breathed fire, accidentally setting the log on fire. Quick thinking Lancet doused the flames with water, and they safely reached the other side.

As darkness enveloped the forest, the twins knew they couldn't return home yet. They made a campfire, and Drake's fire-breathing abilities came in handy. Under the stars, they shared stories and dreams, feeling like the adventure brought them closer.

Night Falls

With the first light of dawn, they resumed their search. They climbed hills and navigated through thickets. Suddenly, Drake flew up excitedly. He had sensed something familiar. They followed him, hoping they were close to finding his parents.

A New Day

Drake led them to an ancient tree, at the base of which was an empty nest. It seemed Drake's parents were gone. The twins comforted Drake, who looked heartbroken. They promised him a new home and a family with them, which made Drake light up with joy.

Returning to the castle, the king and queen were surprised but warmly welcomed Drake. The kingdom celebrated the new member of their family. Lancet and Ashera learned about kindness, bravery, and the joy of helping others. Drake found a home, and the twins found a new friend.
