Maja walked along the old stone wall at the edge of her grandmother's property. The twenty-year-old had come to spend summer break in the countryside. She noticed a small wooden door, nearly hidden by ivy, that she'd never seen before.

A Strange Discovery

Maja pushes open the weathered wooden door to reveal a magical garden with flowers in impossible colors, the air visibly shimmering with magic.

Curiosity got the better of Maja as she pushed against the weathered door. It creaked open to reveal a lush garden unlike anything she had ever seen. Flowers in impossible colors bloomed everywhere, and the air smelled of honey and cinnamon.

The Hidden Entrance

Maja meets Rosie the talking rabbit behind a rosebush in the magical garden.

"Hello there!" came a cheerful voice from behind a rosebush. Maja gasped as a fluffy light brown rabbit with white ears hopped into view. "I'm Rosie, welcome to our garden!" the rabbit said, twitching her white fluffy tail.

First Encounter

Maja kneels down in amazement as Rosie invites her down a winding garden path.

"You can talk!" Maja exclaimed, kneeling down in amazement. Rosie giggled and explained that all creatures could speak in the magic garden. "Come meet the others," Rosie invited, hopping down a winding path.

New Friends

Maja meets Felix the fox lounging beneath an apple tree while Oliver the owl watches from a branch above.

Around a bend, a cheeky brown fox with a white neck lounged beneath an apple tree. "That's Felix," Rosie explained. Above them, a motley owl with yellow and blue feathers and big yellow eyes watched from a branch. "And that's Oliver, our wisest friend."

The Garden Residents

Oliver swoops down to explain the garden's secret to Maja, his yellow eyes gleaming with ancient wisdom.

"What is this place?" Maja asked, still bewildered by talking animals. Oliver swooped down, his yellow eyes gleaming. "This garden exists between worlds," he explained. "It appears only to those with pure hearts and curious minds."

Felix bounds over to Maja with his ears twitching, explaining the garden's fading magic with concern.

Felix bounded over, his big ears twitching with excitement. "The garden is fading though," he said with concern. "The magic that sustains us is weakening. We've been waiting for someone who could help restore it."

Rosie leads Maja to the half-withered Heart Tree at the center of the garden as Oliver explains its importance.

Maja places the four glowing crystals around the Heart Tree as colorful light spirals up the trunk, restoring vibrant life to the garden.
