The Pliggleplunker

Every evening, Toby and Steph would argue in the bath. They would splash water at each other and make a big mess. Dad would have to come and tell them to stop, but they wouldn't listen. It was always a big bathtime battle.

The Bathtime Battle

Dad would get very annoyed at all the arguing. He would say, 'I've had enough of this! I don't want to hear another peep out of you two!' He was very frustrated with Toby and Steph.

One evening, while arguing in the bath, Steph noticed something strange. There was a green slimy worm oozing green slime out of the overflow near the plug. She called Toby over to see it too. They were both amazed and curious about the mysterious creature.

The Mysterious Overflow

Toby and Steph decided to investigate further. They followed the green slime trail and found a small creature with big eyes and warts all over its face. It was the Pliggleplunker! The creature looked scared and lost, so Toby and Steph wanted to help it.

Meeting Pliggleplunker

Toby and Steph talked kindly to the Pliggleplunker and offered it some soap bubbles to eat. The creature's eyes lit up with joy, and it started to make happy gurgling sounds. It seemed like they had made a new friend in the most unexpected place.

A New Friend

Toby and Steph promised to keep the Pliggleplunker a secret. They didn't want Dad to get rid of their new friend. They made a pact to always help and protect the creature, no matter what.

With the Pliggleplunker's help, Toby and Steph learned to have peaceful bathtimes. They no longer argued and splashed water at each other. Dad was amazed at the sudden change and was very happy.
