Lucy and the Missing Moon

Lucy loved the moon so bright, Glowing softly every night. She’d wave hello and whisper too, “I’ll see you later, Mr. Moon!” But one night, as she looked up high, The moon was gone from the sky! Lucy gasped, “Oh no! Oh dear! Where did the moon go? It was just here!” She grabbed her boots and ran outside, “I have to find you! Where do you hide?” She searched the garden, checked the trees, Asked the flowers, felt the breeze.
